Workshop Wild Herbs and Fungi
Yirka De Brucker

During this workshop, we take you into the world of foraging. We’ll teach you how to recognize edible herbs and plants from your own region, harvest them safely, and use them in the kitchen. We’ll also dive into the fascinating world of mushrooms: how do you recognize edible species, what should you watch out for, and what pitfalls exist?

Welcome on
